Return and Refund Policy for the Amara Store

At Amara, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and refund policy.

1. Return Deadline

You have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories (boxes, pouches, etc.).
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the invoice or order number to facilitate processing.


Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as earrings, cannot be returned unless they are defective or non-compliant.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@amarabjx.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping: Carefully pack the item to avoid any damage during transit and send it to the return address provided in the instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and condition of the product. If the return is in compliance, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: The refund may take up to 20 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.


The initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, please contact us at hello@amarabjx.com to check availability.

If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, you may choose between:

  • A replacement item of equivalent value, or
  • A refund for the returned item.


6. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Personalized or engraved items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Earrings, unless defective, for hygiene reasons.


7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@amarabjx.com with:

A detailed description of the issue,
Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

We will cover the return shipping costs for any item with a manufacturing defect or sent in error and offer a replacement or full refund.
