Orders and Payment


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), TWINT and bank transfer.


Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

A: If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us promptly at amara.bjx@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. (We do not guarantee the possibility of modification or cancellation in every case)


Delivery

Q: What are the delivery times?

A: Our delivery times are 3 to 7 working days for Switzerland. You will receive an email confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we only deliver to Europe, however the delivery time will be a little longer than for Switzerland. Stay connected for more information! (Around 5 to 10 days abroad)


Returns and Refunds

Q: How do I return an item?

A: You can return an item within 10 days of receipt, as long as it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@amarabjx.com to start the return process.


Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 20 business days.

Q: What materials do you use for your jewelry?

A: Our jewelry is made from high quality materials like sterling silver, brass, titanium, stainless steel. Each product sheet contains specific details.

Q: How do I care for my Amara jewelry?

A: To preserve the quality of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals. Store them in a dry place away from direct light.
