General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between the company Amara Bijoux, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website https://amarabjx.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Products and services
The jewelry offered for sale is accurately described on the site. The photographs are not contractual and may present slight differences compared to the final product.
3. Price
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and may or may not include VAT depending on the Seller's status. Shipping costs are shown separately before order validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
An order is considered final upon receipt of full payment.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of:
• Existing dispute with the Buyer
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Buyer
• Products unavailable
An order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the Buyer.
5. Payment
The accepted payment methods are:
• Bank card (via a secure platform)
• TWINT
• ApplePay
Payment is secured by SSL encryption. Bank details are not stored by the Seller.
6. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer when ordering.
Delivery times:
• Switzerland: 2 to 7 days
• International: 5 to 10 days
Delays in delivery do not entitle you to cancellation of the order or to damages.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination and chosen delivery method. They are communicated before the order is validated.
7. Right of withdrawal
In Switzerland, there is no mandatory right of withdrawal for online purchases, unless the Seller grants it voluntarily.
At Amara Bijoux, we offer a withdrawal period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order, under the following conditions:
• Returned products must be new, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

8. Warranty and claims
The products benefit from the legal guarantee provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
In the event of a defective product, the Buyer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. The Seller may, depending on the case:
• Repair or replace the defective product
• Offer a partial or full refund
9. Liability
The Seller declines all responsibility for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the Amara Bijoux website (images, texts, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
11. Data protection
The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP).
The information collected during the order is used only for processing and managing orders.
The Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@amarabjx.com.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Lucerne.
